Colour matching your hair by phone or zoom is never easy and we always recommend you to come to our studio. If that is not possible, we encourage our clients to send a strand of hair by post. ⁠

The simplest way is to show us your hair in daylight (outdoor and indoor), also in the evening time indoor with flash and without flash on your phone. We do the same from our side with the hair we think is the best match for you and we make a decision together! ⁠

This can be fun! However, with very expensive virgin hair, we are happy to send you a small strand before we start working with the hair, so you can see whether it will work. It is important to feel confident when you spend money on the best hair! 🤗
