When ordering a wig with a silicone base, please make sure you are not allergic to silicone!.

If you order a wig requiring an adhesive, please ensure you are not allergic to the adhesive nor adhesive remover (may contain Ethyl acetate, Isopropyl alcohol, Lanolin oil, Acrylate Polymers, Acetone, etc.). When you buy the adhesive and adhesive remover, always read the contents!.


If you purchase any items from our stock, you can exchange or return the item within 48 hours. The item has to be in the original packaging and unused. This means you cannot colour the hair, cut it, wash it or style it in any way.

Due to the uniqueness of CUSTOM WIGS these products are NON-RETURNABLE. We will work with you to make it perfect and we can adjust anything you need as most of the work is being done in the UK by us.

If you are having a problem with your product you just received, you MUST notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. E-mail us describing your issue. We will respond to your email within 48 hours. If you call us, you MUST follow up your phone call or voice message with an e-mail describing your issue. In order to resolve your issue send us your wig for evaluation. DO NOT RETURN packages without contacting us first for Return Instructions as we will not be held responsible for loss or stolen packages.

When we receive the wig/hair piece back we will evaluate it for the issues you described. If we are satisfied with our findings, we will correct it at no cost to you. If we do not find the issues described, we will let you know of any options you may have to address your issues. We will also email to you the results of our evaluation. At that time you can let us know via e-mail what you would like to do. If you choose not to have us correct the wig/hair piece, we will return the product to you. You will be responsible for paying the cost to return the wig/hair piece since there was nothing wrong with it.

We cannot make refunds or fix a wig which you have tried to amend yourself (colouring, cutting) – before you decide to colour your hair piece yourself please consult with us first. If you want us to colour or cut your hair piece, additional charges will apply unless we agreed otherwise when we finalised your order.

Production of CUSTOM ORDERS typically begins within 2 weeks of confirmation and payment, as we need to supply with the hair you need and to get your custom made cap designed. If you want to cancel your order or make changes to your order, you must notify us IMMEDIATELY by e-mail or phone. Orders cannot be cancelled once the process has begun. Cancellation cost includes any expenses incurred (invoices and receipts will be provided)..

The whole process (from ordering to delivering the wig/piece) will take up to 10 weeks.

We require at least 50% payment of the estimated price when placing order. The rest will be paid when the hair piece is completed..
