MACHINE WEFTING COURSE

Duration – 6-7 hours spread into 1-2 days

Products you will learn to make – machine wefts in any widths, ponytails, halo extensions, clip on pieces

Who can take this course – anyone, you do not need to have any experience with hair however we would be grateful if you have a basic knowledge of using a sewing machine. If you have no experience with industrial machine or never used one, please allow extra 3 hours to your training, and extra charge of £250.

What will be covered:

• Health & safety
• Materials needed for machine wefting
• Single drawing hair and general preparation
• Setting up your area
• All different products you can create including custom sized wefts
• Cutting up return hairs & securing your weft
• Minimising hair waste
• Demonstration of what you learned will be awarded with a certificate

Kit is not part of the course, here is a list of what you need to purchase. We are happy to help you getting these items:

• Sewing machine (ideally industrial one, you can use an ordinary machine too)
• Clips & Needle
• Mesh materials for different products you can create (halo, ponytails)
• Hackle
• Drawing brush
• Scissors
• Tooth comb
• Threads
• Tape measure
• Glue
• Digital scale
