In addition to our range of ready-made hairpieces, we create custom-made wigs at Berenice London for various reasons. Whether you want a wig as a fashion accessory or to help with a medical condition, such as alopecia, trichotillomania, genetic thinning, or cancer treatment, we can help create a customised wig that matches your hair texture and colour to boost your confidence every day.

BESPOKE MEANS

  • We will make a head mould so your wig fits like a glove. Each of us have a different head shape and size and bespoke option is the best solution!
  • You have the freedom to choose the exact hair type for your custom hairpiece! Whether you’re drawn to a specific blend of textures or colours, we can create the perfect match to suit your preferences through our personalised options.
  • Full control – with the bespoke option, you are simply in control of the whole process, including choosing your materials, deciding on the exact parting and everything else!

We are always delighted to see clients in person however if you can’t, we will schedule a video call.

Please be aware that our custom-made wigs can take up to 10 weeks to be designed and created.

What To Expect

Here’s what you can expect if you choose to get a bespoke wig or any hairpiece from Berenice London.

1. Initial Video Consultation

A 20-minute video consultation call to understand your individual needs. This helps us to confirm the right hair solution for you and includes a no obligation price quote.

We then move on to a face to face consultation or a video consultation where we go through every detail (60-90 minutes).

We will support you in taking proper head measurements during our video consultation or we will provide this service in a in-person consultation. You can also peruse our range of hair and try on wigs to help you choose what hair you’d like to use. Once the order is placed, a 50% deposit is taken.

After 6 to 7 weeks, come back to see the wig or hairpiece and see if you need any changes made. (We can also do a video call for this).

Within the next 7 days, come in for the final fitting to collect the wig. A hairdresser will be onsite to cut the wig to your chosen length and style and the final 50% payment due.
